Chef Fawad has experienced cooking the Afghan traditional food and perfected the traditional Afghan food. Chef Fawad started cooking when he started traveling alone in different parts of the world. He preferred cooking at home than eating outside; therefore, he cooked different types of food from different regions. Eventually, Chef Fawad decided to perfect the traditional recipes of Afghanistan and understand the concept behind each recipe.
