ABOUT THIS CLASS
Ingredients of Veg Chowmein:
1: Cabbage
2: Carrot
3: Yellow Capsicum 4: Green Capsicum 5: Garlic
6:Onion
7:Green Chilli
Sauce Preparation:
1: 1tbsp of soy sauce
2: 1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce 3: 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup 4: 1 tbsp of white vinegar
5: 2 tbsp of water
Note: Mix well
Preparation of Noodle:
I am using ready-made noodles. You can use any Chow Mein noodles as you wish.
1: Boil water in a big utensil
2: Add the Chowmein and cook for 5 mins (Time depends on the type of Chowmein u use) 3: Add cool water to stop further cooking of Noodles and remove waters
3: Add some oils and keep at side for a while ( oil will help us to prevent noodle sticking together)
Chowmein Preparation steps:
1: Add 3 tbsp of oils and heat it up
2: Add garlic and onions and fry for 10s
3: Add carrot fry for 1m
4: Add capsicum , Cabbage and stir them well for a while
5: Add 1/2 of salt
6: Add cooked Noodles as shown in the video followed by adding Sauces we prepared. 7: Fry for 30s at high flame and you can serve it .
8: Add Chilli or Chopped Spring onion green parts ( I haven't added green onion)
