She loves to cook and believes that good food brings people true happiness. Everyone comments that she has a special gift for making food. Chef Stefan is a professional Pastry Chef (Chef Pâtissière) working as the Head Pastry Chef at a Leading Luxury 5 Star Hotel in the United Kingdom. He has a wealth of experience in creating amazing desserts. He loves creating video content and is a brilliant presenter. Check his dessert channel 'Stef the Pastry Chef' on YouTube where he creates delicious easy-to-follow dessert recipes every week. He is here to offer real-time interactive classes and to share his baking skills with our Fancy & Spicy audience!

Traveling around the world in the past 13 years and working with some of the best Chefs in the industry, Georgios is a Michelin-Trained Chef running his own Catering business. Now he returned to his homeland, Netherlands. He would love to share his unique skill sets and food knowledge with Fancy & Spicy's audience. His great achievements include being awarded as the “25 Best Hidden Gems in the World for 2018” by Open Table when he was running the restaurant as a Head Chef. He believes that cooking is not about following a recipe, but about using your senses to create a memorable experience. Chef Georgios is offering a set of fusion cuisine on Fancy & Spicy.

Chef Valentina is currently studying gastronomy at the University of La Sabana in Columbia, She is in her last semester. She has had several experiences as a chef, including working in the restaurant school of the university preparing different dishes. She started a pastry business that works in Bogotá, Colombia as well as offers cooking classes teaching specific dishes to workgroups.

Chef Xiomara is from Venezuela. She is an experienced chef in desserts and bread. She has experience in teaching bakery and pastry in face-to-face as well as online courses and workshops. She is proud to be able to help food lovers to enjoy authentic Spain pastries and bakeries (please note her classes are primarily in Spain).

Chef Ma grew up in Northwestern China. He learned to appreciate the bold and rich flavor of Xinjiang province, his hometown. His signature dish is roasted Xinjiang Lamb Rib. He is presenting his dish and sharing his hometown memory with you this fall.

Dr. Kanika is a qualified Ayurveda physician turned Chef, cookbook author, and mom. Her great interest in cooking healthy food was born to her daughter. Blessed to be the mom of a fussy eater, she left no stone unturned to devise healthy yet tasty recipes. Her delicious recipes help eliminate metabolic toxins in our bodies and help rejuvenate naturally.

Leslie Li came from Kunming, a city in Southwest China. She made her grandma’s signature dishes such as Yunnan rice noodles whenever she missed her hometown.

Kacy enjoys traveling and cooking. She grew up in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan. As a sweet and spicy girl, she was often reminded of her childhood memories by the taste of spiciness. She moved to the U.S. when she was a teenager. Her cooking skills combined the tradition of Sichuan cuisines and modern western cooking. If you are looking for authentic Sichuan dishes with a wonderful western twist, here is your heaven!
